I tried replacing all the drivers and finally as a last resort, reformatted to clean version of Windows 10 64-bit. So I searched online and found that many other Dell Inspiron brothers had the same problem. Find out your BIOS version by pressing the Windows key + R, and type msinfo32 then and go to Dell website then reinstall it.
